  Shawn Robbins is the author or coauthor of five books, including Sterling's successful The Good Witch (coauthor), Wiccapedia (coauthor), which is now used as a reference guide in many online Wicca schools, the Wiccapedia Journal, The Witch's Way (coauthor), and The Crystal Witch (coauthor). She has taught classes about herbs, health, and healing at the New York School of Occult Arts and lectures extensively throughout the country.
  
  Leanna Greenaway is a popular British clairvoyant who has appeared on TV and radio. She is the author or coauthor of numerous books, including Wiccapedia (coauthor), The Witch's Way (coauthor), The Crystal Witch (coauthor), and Simply Tarot, and was a columnist for UK Fate & Fortune Magazine.   Charity Bedell (also known as Loona Wynd) has been a practicing witch for over 15 years, with an extensive knowledge of herbal medicine and magick. Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 Australia-wide. This offer may not extend to all PO Boxes. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship to your PO Box, we will contact you immediately with options.

Our standard shipping option takes approximately 3-5 working days for capital cities, and 5-8 working days for other outlying areas.  Standard shipping is a combination of Australia Post and Major Courier Services. In some cases, we may not be able to ship to a PO Box address, in which case we will contact you with viable alternatives.

Express Shipping takes 1 - 4 working days however certain postcode exclusions do apply.  

We happily ship internationally. For large orders, we may require a shipping quote to ensure the most accurate and fair pricing tailored to your specific shipment. In such cases, we will send a separate invoice for shipping after your order is placed.

Returns

We hope you're delighted with your purchase, but in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you any way we can.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item (excluding sale items) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the full shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
