Our standard shipping option takes approximately 3-5 working days for capital cities, and 5-8 working days for other outlying areas. Standard shipping is a combination of Australia Post and Major Courier Services. In some cases, we may not be able to ship to a PO Box address, in which case we will contact you with viable alternatives.

Express Shipping takes 1 - 4 working days however certain postcode exclusions do apply.

We happily ship internationally. For large orders, we may require a shipping quote to ensure the most accurate and fair pricing tailored to your specific shipment. In such cases, we will send a separate invoice for shipping after your order is placed.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item (excluding sale items) from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Our shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the full shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
